*Costs are not refundable. **To ensure result credibility, companies with 15 to 24 employees are required to have at least an 80% response rate to be considered for the list. ***Employees are randomly selected.
Paper-Method Fees: Many organizations prefer to use paper surveys instead of the online option. Choosing the paper survey option will require you to pay an additional fee per the chart above.
Additional Fees:
- If you need to use non-English versions of the Employee Feedback Surveys, there is a cost of $220 per additional language translation. Latin American Spanish is offered at no cost, but must be selected on the registration form if needed.
- You can survey more employees than the random sample amount outlined in the participation fees chart above for a cost of:
- $1.75 per extra online survey
- $2.75 per extra paper survey

Employee Feedback Data Dashboard: (optional)
After employee responses are collected, the results are available for purchase in the Employee Feedback Data Dashboard. The dashboard provides answers to all survey questions as the percentage of positive responses, along with open-ended comments and benchmarking data. This interactive tool allows you to view results in charts and graphs and download preformatted reports. Order your report package by March 20, 2026, to save 15%.

Withdrawal Fee: Any organization that wishes to cancel participation or withdraw from the program must do so by March 6, 2026 (registration deadline). Any withdrawals or cancellations received after that date will incur a $199 withdraw fee.
